Erik M. Lambertson is a marketing and communications associate at Pacific Carbon Trust.

Before joining PCT, Erik worked for the Province of British Columbia in a unit dedicated to marketing and advertising.  He served a diverse portfolio of client ministries and agencies, helping develop and maintain branding, developing and overseeing marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns, and providing corporate communications services.

Erik was an integral part of the team that developed the award-winning “You Gotta Be Here” marketing campaign for the 2010 Winter Games, positioning B.C. as the go-to vacation destination for a worldwide audience.

His professional background also includes freelance journalism, event planning and management, and a brief but rewarding term teaching English to middle school students in Ise, Japan.

Erik studied English Literature at UVic and Journalism at Ryerson. In his spare time, Erik enjoys cycling, sketching and cooking, and practices aikido, a Japanese martial art.
