Jay Gillette is a business development associate at Pacific Carbon Trust, helping with internal process development and human resources.

Jay joins Pacific Carbon Trust after having worked for the Department of National Defence in strategic analysis and information management roles, both as a civilian and as a member of the Navy Reserves.  Having grown up in the mountainous interior of British Columbia, Jay is dedicated to the environment, and helps with environmental business start-ups and volunteer campaigns for conservation efforts.

Jay received his undergraduate degree from Dalhousie with an Honours in philosophy, and recently finished his MBA at the University of Victoria.

In his spare time, Jay is a long-distance runner, painter, and electronic musician.
